A supplement to an act passed at December session eigh-
teen hundred and forty-three, chapter two hundred and
fifty-five, entitled, an act for the erection of an addi-
tional Election District in Prince George's County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the place for holding elections in the seventh
election district of Prince George's county, shall be
changed to the village of Queen Anne in said county,
the house in which said elections are hereafter to be held
to be selected by the judges of elections for the seventh
election district, for the time being.

An act for the benefit of Michael McLaughlin of Alle-
gany Comity.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Michael McLaughlin of Allegany county, be and
is hereby authorised to apply for the benefit of the insol-
vent laws at anytime after the passage of this act, in the
same manner and with the same effect as if he never had
applied for the benefit of said laws; provided, that it shall
not be necessary for him to present the certificate requir-
ed by the act of eighteen hundred and forty-five, chapter
one hundred and thirty-nine, section one, to the judge or
justice of the orphans court to whom he may make appli-
cation before obtaining his discharge under this act.
