An act to unite the New Ark District, in Worcester County,
to one of the Commissioners' District of said County.
WHEREAS, by the act of eighteen hundred and forty-
five, chapter thirty-five, and its supplement, chapter one
hundred and forty-four, of the same year, the second
and third election districts of Worcester county were
divided into three election districts; and whereas, no
provision was made by said enactment, or its supple-
ment, to unite said newly established election district
to any of the commissioners' districts of said county—

Preamble.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That from and after the passage of this act,
the said new election district, known as the New Ark
district be, and the same is hereby made a part of the
commissioners' district, known as the second commis-
sioners' district in Worcester county, and hitherto com-
prised of the districts of Berlin and Cross Roads.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts of
acts, inconsistent with the provisions of this act be, and
the same are hereby repealed.

A bill entitled, an act to open a street in the Town of
Salisbury, in Somerset County,
WHEREAS, by an act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, of December session, eighteen hundred and
thirty-seven, chapter ninety-four, the commissioners
therein named, laid out a street, in the town of Salisbury,
in Somerset county, from Bridge street in the said town,
to the street which leads from the New Bridge to the
