CHAPTER 250.

A further supplement to an act entitled, a supplement to
an act entitled, an act to amend and reduce into one,
the act to incorporate the American Life Insurance and
Trust Company, and the several supplements thereto.

Time extend-
ed to five years.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time granted and allowed the said company to
wind up and liquidate its affairs, and settle all transac-
tions open and outstanding, by the act to which this act
is a supplement, shall be, and the same is hereby extend-
ed for the term of five years, from and after the expira-
tion of the grant aforesaid.

An act to revive an act passed at December session, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-one, chapter one hundred and
fifty-five, and the supplement thereto, passed at Decem-
ber session, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, chapter
one hundred and forty-eight, entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Savings Institution of Emmittsburg.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act passed at December session, eighteen hun-
dred and thirty-one, chapter one hundred and fifty-five,
and the supplementary act thereto, passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, chapter one
hundred and forty-eight he, and the same is hereby re-
vived and in full force until the year eighteen hundred
and sixty, and until the end of the then session of the
Legislature, anything contained in the said act and the
supplement thereto, to the contrary notwithstanding.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following persons be, and they are
hereby appointed school commissioners for Harford coun-
