If any trustee, etc. fail to make report,

etc. within six months from filing of bond,

etc. duty of clerk to issue summons for trus-

tee to appear and to make report, etc. if

summons returned served, and trustee fail

to appear, etc. then attachment for con-

tempt to issue, to compel to comply, etc.

The tax imposed to be paid to the clerk,

&c. when bond is filed, &c. or to register

of chancery, if estate settled, and by them

accounted for and paid into the treasury,

&c. like commission allowed as in similar

cases, in case of failure to account and

pay, etc. to be subject to same penalties as

in other such cases.

The tax imposed to be paid to clerk or

register within 30 days after commission

allowed and ascertained, etc. in case of

failure, clerk, etc. to give notice to trea-

surer upon whose direction, bond to be put

in suit, etc.

TURNPIKE

ROADS — Time for commencing the turn-

pike road from Middletown, etc. to the

Chesapeake and Ohio canal, etc. as speci-

fied in the original act extended to the

27th day of Feb. 1851, and the time for

completing, etc. extended to 27th day of

Feb. 1853.
