THE CITY OF BALTIMORE— Annu-

ally to appoint three persons, well skilled

in the quality, &c. of lime, to constitute a

board of appeal, to decide all cases of ap-

peal made from decision of inspectors or

burners, &c. if decision be opposed to cer-

tificate of inspector, inspector to pay the

expenses; if decision be confirmed, the

expenses to be paid by the person making

appeal, &c.

Each person of the board to receive for

each case one dollar, for each days attend-

ance, to take an oath faithfully to perform

the duties, etc.

If burners, buyers or sellers be dissat-

isfied with decision of inspectors, &c. party

aggrieved may call upon the board to ex-

amine the case, a majority a quorum, &c.

In case of three appeals in succession,

Sic. upon application, Governor may dis-

miss, &c. and appoint another.
