INSOLVENT

DEBTORS—

Commissioners of, for the city and

county of Baltimore, may issue commis-

sions to places beyond their jurisdiction,

and take testimony in cases before them,

&c.

In all cases of appeal, etc. pending ap-

peal, etc. petitioner protected by personal

discharge, bond given for personal appear-

ance, to be in force until final decision,

etc.

Whenever it shall appear from final

account of trustee of any Insolvent debt-

or, under the authority and approved by

Baltimore County Court, that all the

claims which have been allowed, etc. are

paid, all the property acquired after the

final ratification, etc. shall not vest in the

trustees of said Insolvent, as provided by

2d section of act of 1834, ch. 293, etc. no

account to be considered final, etc. so as

to vest in insolvent any property acquired,

etc. by, unless trustee shall have given no-

tice to the creditors, etc. of his intentions

to have stated by the auditor a final ac-

count, etc.

Before final account be ratified, court to

be satisfied that notice, etc. has been
