voter, whether he is for or against this

bill, and record his vote, etc, and make

return, etc., any judge failing to comply,

to be subject to all the penalties for non-

compliance with existing election laws.

OF LAND BY COLLECTORS

OF COUNTY AND STATE TAXES—

In case purchaser of land sold for taxes,

etc. and which shall not be redeemed, etc.

shall have died, etc. without having pro-

duced a deed from collector, said collector

to convey said land to the devisees, etc. of

said purchaser, etc.
