CHESAPEAKE AND DELAWARE CANAL— The

company of, may demand, etc. toll in respect

of each passenger carried through, etc. not

exceeding thirty-seven and a half cents,

one-third to be paid into the treasury,

and for children between 8 and 12 years

old one half of said sum, to be distributed

in like proportionate, passengers to travel
etc. in such manner as existing regulations
require, each passenger to be entitled to

100 lbs. of baggage free of toll.
