The charter of the Commercial and Far-

mers Bank of Baltimore extended until

the end of 1858, &c.

The corporation to elect directors,

in the manner authorised by the act of

1810 and supplements, and so much of the

act of 1834 as makes the president, &c. of,

the Commercial and Farmers Bank of

Baltimore, subject to all or any of the

rules, &c. of the fundamental articles of,

the Merchants' Bank of Baltimore incon-

sistent with the original charter and sup-

plements repealed.

Act in force as soon as the president,

&c. shall by resolution, &c. declare their

acceptance and transmit a copy under

seal to the treasurer, &c.

The president or the proper officer of,

in Baltimore and all other incorporated in-

stitutions, to furnish annually on the 1st day

of May to the appeal tax court of Balti-

more amount of stocks of said banks, &c.

held by each stockholder, with the name

and residence so far as known.

ed March session, 1841, ch. 23, repealed,

&c. all vessels licensed by the general go-

vernment subject to taxation for city purpo-

ses, as for State.
