ASSENTED TO BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARY-

LAND, AT DECEMBER SESSION, A. D., 1845.

No. 1.
Resolution in favor of McDowell and Gable.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer pay in McDowell and Gable, or to their
order, the sum of fifty-nine dollars and thirteen cents,
being the balance due them for furnishing carpeting for
the room occupied by the Court of Appeals of this
State.

Resolution in favor of Edward Stewart.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer pay to Edward Stewart, the sum of fifty-
one dollars, it being; the amount of his bill for repairing
two pieces of ordnance belonging to the State, in the
armory at Easton.
