A supplement to the act entitled, an additional supplement
to an act to provide a summary mode of recovering the
possession of lands and tenements held by Tenants for
years or at will, passed at the present session of the
General Assembly.

Repealed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the provisions of the act of the General Assembly
passed at the present session, chapter
entitled, an additional supplement to an act to provide a
summary mode of recovering the possession of lands and
tenements held by tenants for years or at will, alter the
expiration of their terms, passed at November session,
seventeen hundred and ninety-three, chapter forty-three,
are hereby repealed and annulled, so far as the same re-
lates to the city of Baltimore.

An act for the relief of Ann Legg, of Queen-Anne's
County.
|

|
Levy court
may levy.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the levy court of Queen Anne's county, in their dis-
cretion, may at the time of making their next annual levy
for said county, levy on the assessable property in said
county, the sum of twenty dollars for the support and
maintenance of Ann Legg and her infant children; and
the said levy court may annually, make said levy so long
as they may think the said Ann Legg and her infant chil-
dren deserve and need the same.
