In the execution of the powers confer-
red on Governor by 12th section of act of
1843, ch. 208, not to be restricted but at
liberty to take them from any part of the
State to discharge the duties prescribed by

agent the other transmitted to Treasurer.

and personal estate of parties signing the
same, if said bonds, &c. are not paid
within 30 days, execution to be issued,
executions as upon judgments, &c. money
to be paid into treasury, &c. after deduct-
