also, that one year renewals shall be granted in like man-
ner upon expiration of any renewal of license upon making
like application and paying like fee, within three months
preceding the expiration of said renewal.

565. Each license and renewal of same shall be in force
and effect only so long as an approved bond filed with the
said Board in accordance with the provisions of this sub-
title shall remain in full force and effect, and every such
license or renewal of same shall become utterly void and
of no effect, should any such bond for any reason whatso-
ever become inoperative or ineffective, regardless of the
regular date of expiration of said certificate or renewal.

571. It shall be the duty of the said Board before the
first Monday of May of each year to make a report in
writing to the Board of County Commissioners of Prince
George's County, containing a detailed statement of the
nature of the receipts and manner of expenditure.

572. The provisions of this sub-title shall not apply to
any electrical light company, electric railway company,
steam railway company, telegraph or telephone company,
nor to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, nor
to those performing electrical work for such companies
where said electrical work is an integral part of the plant
or service used by such company in rendering their duly
authorized service to the public.

573. After June 1, 1937, no electric light or power com-
pany shall attach its power lines or electric meters to any
consumer's property within the borders of Prince George's
County unless the building was wired before June 1, 1937,
or the work has been installed by Master Electrician
licensed under this sub-title and until a temporary or per-
manent meter cut-in certificate has been issued by what-
ever agency is approved or established by the Board of
County Commissioners. Said agency shall issue a meter
cut-in certificate in duplicate, one of said certificates shall
be sent to the power or electric company furnishing the
electricity for the consumer's property, and the other shall
be sent to the Board of Electrical Examiners and Super-
visors. The meter cut-in certificate delivered to the Board,
shall contain a record of the amount of the fee or fees
collected on said certificate.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
