SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Charles County", sub-title "Indian Head", to be known
as Section 119B and to follow immediately after Section
119A of said Article, extending the boundaries of the
Town of Indian Head.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Charles County", sub-title "Indian
Head", to be known as Section 119B and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 119A of said Article, and to read as
follows:

119B. The boundaries of the Town of Indian Head are
hereby extended by the following addition situated on the
south side of the U. S. Government Railroad in the 7th
Election District, Charles County, Maryland:

Beginning for the same at a point on the south side of
the U. S. Government Railroad—50 feet from the center
line thereof, said point marking the northwest corner of
Lot No. 12 as shown on a subdivision plat entitled Francis
E. Mattingly subdivision of East Indian Head recorded in
Plat Book W.M.A. No. 1 at folio 102, said point of begin-
ning also marking the northwest corner of the tract now
about to be described; running thence with said Railroad
and binding thereon.
