of-way; thence on by line of same north 63 degrees 30
minutes each 205 feet to a stone by an E. S. P. S. light
pole approximately 40 feet from west wing wall of Rail-
way bridge; thence with mean low water mark north 2
degrees 15 minutes west 685 feet to a stone at west side
of a maple tree; thence leaving said Tuckahoe River south
72 degrees 18 minutes west 125 feet to a stone on north
line of road at north end of Town of Queen Anne's athletic
field; thence by line of same south 66 degrees 25 minutes
west 482 feet to a stone; thence north 16 degrees 15
minutes west 969 feet to center line of Oxford Branch of
P. R. Railway; thence on by same course 142 feet to a
stone by a tree; thence north 89 degrees 05 minutes west
423 feet to a fence post; thence south 50 degrees 46
minutes west 1340 feet to a stone by a fence post on south
side of road which is the division line between Queen
Anne's County on the northeast and Talbot County on the
southwest, the County line being in the center of said road;
thence south 26 degrees 05 minutes west 293 feet to a
stone on north line of P. R. Railway right-of-way switch
back; thence by line of same and with the arc of the
curve of said Railway 637 feet more or less, to a point in
center of P. R. Railway water tank on east side; thence
across the main line of the Oxford Branch of P. R. Rail-
way south 88 degrees 45 minutes each 534 feet to a stone
at south side of a large sweet gum; thence south 54 degrees
30 minutes east 617 feet to a stone on north line of before
mentioned right-of-way of Denton Branch of P. R. Rail-
way; thence on by line of same and with the arc of the
curve 268 feet to a point opposite a switch on the Railroad
tracks; thence across said right-of-way 66 feet to a stone
on bank at north side of a sand and gravel pit; thence
across same south 35 degrees 30 minutes west 338 feet to
a stone at south side of said sand pit; thence south 79
degrees 03 minutes east 542 feet to stone in road at south
side of a cannery; north 76 degrees 31 minutes east 113
feet to a stone; south 84 degrees 06 minutes east 496 feet
to a stone on south side of Queen Anne-Hillsboro road 150
feet west from south wing wall of before mentioned high-
way bridge over Tuckahoe River; thence across said road
46 feet to place of beginning.
