Sub-section (f) of said section, relating to the civil juris-
diction of Trial Magistrates in Talbot County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-section (b) of Section 6 of Article 52
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Civil Jurisdiction", be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
and that a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to
said section, said new sub-section to be known as Sub-sec-
tion (g) and to follow immediately after Sub-section (f) of
said section and all to read as follows:

(b) Trial Magistrates of Caroline, Dorchester, Garrett,
Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, [Talbot] and Worcester
Counties shall have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbe-
fore mentioned in this section and involving amounts not
exceeding Two Hundred Dollars.
(g) Trial Magistrates of Talbot County shall have civil
jurisdiction in all cases hereinabove mentioned in this sec-
tion, instituted after June 1, 1953, and involving amounts
not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to add a new section to the Montgomery County
Code (1950 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, and to the Prince
George's County Code (1943 Edition), being Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles
"Montgomery County" and "Prince George's County",
sub-titles "Takoma Park", said new section to be known,
