and the said Fire Company shall furnish from time to time
such financial statements and other information as may be
requested by the Mayor and Common Council of West-
minster.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
303A, 303B and 303C of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorches-
ter County", sub-title "Fire Departments", as said sec-
tions were amended by Chapter 95 of the Acts of 1949,
increasing the amount to be paid by the County Com-
missioners to specific volunteer fire companies, including
five SIX additional companies among those companies
entitled to receive such monies, specifying the amounts
to be paid to such companies and directing that any such
monies not expended shall revert to the Contingent Fund
of Dorchester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 303A, 303B and 303C of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Fire Departments", as
said sections were amended by Chapter 95 of the Acts of
1949, be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
303A. The County Commissioners of Dorchester County
are hereby authorized and directed to pay annually [an
amount not exceeding, nor less than eight thousand two
hundred and fifty dollars ($8, 250. 00)] the sum of thirteen
FOURTEEN thousand two hundred and fifty dollars to the
several volunteer fire companies so long as said fire com-
