public highways of this State, over fixed routes, or between
fixed termini.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(House Bill 66)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
528 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery
County (1947 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County", sub-title "Garrett Park", said section being also
Section 108-13 in the Montgomery County Code of 1950
and to add 15 new sections to said Codes, said new sec-
tions to be known as Sections 528A to 528-0, inclusive,
and to follow immediately after Section 528 in the said
1947 Code and to be known as Sections 108-13A to 108-
13-0 and to follow immediately after Section 108-13 in
the said 1950 Code, relating generally to the construction
of streets and roads and to the assessment for the cost
of such construction and to other matters pertinent
thereto in the town of Garrett Park.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 528 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Montgomery County (1947 Edition), being Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Garrett Park", said sec-
tion being also Section 108-13 in the Montgomery County
Code of 1950, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, and that 15 new sections be and they
are hereby added to said Codes, said new sections to be
known as Sections 528A to 528-O, inclusive, and to follow
immediately after Section 528 in the said 1947 Code and
to be known as Sections 108-13A to 108-13-O and to follow
