500, inclusive, appropriating the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand

(House Bill 753)
AN ACT to add Section 27 to Article 78B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Racing Com-
mission", said new section to follow immediately after
Section 26 thereof and to be under the new sub-title
"Steeplechase Racing", providing that there shall be two
days for steeplechase racing at Foxcatcher Farms, Fair
Hill, Maryland, and relating generally to the provisions
and laws applicable to said racing.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, The Section 27 be and it is hereby added to
Article 78B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edi-
tion), title "Racing Commission", said new section to follow
immediately after Section 26 thereof and to be under the
new sub-title "Steeplechase Racing", and to read as follows:
STEEPLECHASE RACING
27. In addition to the other provisions of this Article,
there shall be two days for steeplechase racing as in this
section provided. Said days of racing shall be held by the
Cecil County Breeders' Fair, Inc., on the premises of Fox-
