shipped into this State by such licensee which are included
within the provisions of this sub-title during the period
covered by the report and shall at the same time pay to
said Director One Cent for each article manufactured in
or shipped into this State. Such reports shall be made under
oath within thirty days of the expiration of the three month
period, unless such time is extended by the Director. When-
ever any licensee shall fail to make the report and pay-
ment required herein or whenever such report is unsatis-
factory, the Director may cause to be examined the books
and records of such licensee for the purpose of determin-
ing the correct amount due from such licensee. In case of
default in the payment of the amount so found to be due,
together with expenses incurred in making such examina-
tion, such licensee shall forfeit its license.
All fees collected under the provisions of this Section
64 shall be paid to the Director of Health, and, when so
collected and paid, shall thereafter be by the said Director
of Health placed in a separate fund, to be known as the
Bedding Fund, into which all moneys collected under the
provisions of this Section 64 shall be paid, and from which
all expenditures necessary in carrying into effect the pro-
visions of this Section 64 shall be paid.
All moneys in the Bedding Fund, from time to time, are
hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of
Health, for the purpose of carrying into effect the pro-
visions of this Section 64, and for the payment of salaries
and expenses of inspectors, employees, and for research,
or any other necessary expenses of said Department of
Health, connected with the enforcement of this Section 64.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
become effective June 1, 1953.
