SEC. 6 5. And be it further enacted, That Sections 2-B,
2-C, 2-D and 2-G of Chapter 952 of the Laws of Maryland
of 1945, be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 7 6. And be it further enacted, That Section 2-GG
of Chapter 992 of the Laws of Maryland of 1943 and Sec-
tion 2-00 added to said Chapter 992 by Chapter 582 of
the Laws of Maryland of 1949, be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 8 7. And be it further enacted, That Section 2-CC
of Chapter 992 of the Laws of Maryland of 1943 as re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments by Chapter 682 of

the Laws of Maryland of 1951, be and the same is hereby

CHAPTER 992 OF THE LAWS OF MARYLAND OF
1943 BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY repealed and
re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

CC. For the purpose of paying the current operating or
administrative expenses of the Commission, including the
cost of the development of the plan of the District or any
part of such plan and including the cost of the exercise of
the powers and functions granted [by this sub-title] to
the Commission, there shall be levied annually [, beginning
