(1951 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title
"Orphans' Court", and to add a new sub-section to said
section, said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section
(hh) of said section and to follow immediately after
Sub-section (h) thereof, increasing the compensation for
the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Harford County
and consolidating the provisions relative to the com-
pensation of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Har-
ford County in a new sub-section, AND RELATING
ALSO TO THE JUDGES OF THE ORPHANS' COURT
FOR WICOMICO COUNTY.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-section (f) SUB-SECTIONS (E),
(F) AND (H) of Section 250 of Article 93 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Testamen-
tary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", be and it is THEY
ARE hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
and that a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to
said section, said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (hh) of said section, and to follow immediately
after Sub-section (h) thereof, and all to read as follows:

(E) EACH OF THE JUDGES OF THE ORPHANS'
COURT FOR CAROLINE, CARROLL, CHARLES, DOR-
CHESTER, HOWARD, QUEEN ANNE'S, SOMERSET,
WASHINGTON AND WORCESTER COUNTIES SHALL
RECEIVE THE SUM OF EIGHT DOLLARS ($8. 00)
FOR EVERY DAY'S ATTENDANCE UPON THE SES-
SIONS OF SAID COURT. THE JUDGES OF THE
ORPHANS' COURT FOR QUEEN ANNE'S, DORCHES-
TER AND WORCESTER COUNTIES SHALL RECEIVE
AN ALLOWANCE FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES OF
TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250. 00)
PER YEAR, TO BE PAID QUARTERLY BY THE
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE RESPECTIVE
COUNTIES. THE JUDGES OF THE ORPHANS'
COURT FOR HOWARD COUNTY SHALL RECEIVE AN
ALLOWANCE FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES OF ONE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($150. 00) PER
YE4R. THE JUDGES OF THE ORPHANS' COURT
FOR SOMERSET COUNTY SHALL RECEIVE AN AL-
LOWANCE OF FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS
($4. 50) FOR MILEAGE FOR EVERY DAY'S ATTEND-
ANCE UPON THE SESSIONS OF SAID COURT.
