names of each and all grantors and each and all grantees.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal Section 238 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", sub-heading "Garbage Dis-
posal Zones", and to enact in lieu thereof a new section to
be known as Section 238 of said Code, to stand in the
place and stead of the section so repealed, authorizing the
County Commissioners to establish garbage zones in
Anne Arundel County, except in the City of Annapolis;
to establish schedules of charges for removal of garbage
and refuse sufficient to defray the cost of such removal;
providing for the collection of said charges and au-
thorizing the County Commissioners to employ county
employees or independent contractors for such removals
AND TO PROVIDE NECESSARY DUMPS FOR THE
DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIALS SO COL-
LECTED.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 238 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"County Commissioners", sub-heading "Garbage Disposal
Zones", be and it is hereby repealed and that a new Section
238 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in
the place and stead of the section so repealed, and to read
as follows:
