(House Bill 289)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 66C of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Nat-
ural Resources, " sub-title "Commission, " said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 124A and to follow immed-
iately after Section 124 of said Article, relating to the
duties and powers of the Deputy Game Wardens of this
State and construing that term.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Natural Resources, " sub-title "Commis-
sion/' said new section to be known as Section 124A and
to follow immediately after Section 124 of said Article,
and to read as follows:

124A. Whenever the. term "Deputy Game Warden" is
used in this Article, it shall be construed to also include any
salaried Game Warden.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 674
(House Bill 307)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County", said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 22A, to follow immediately after Section 22 thereof
and to be under the sub-title "Auctions", providing re-
quirements as to furnishing a bond for the conduct of
certain public auctions in Garrett County and relating
generally to the holding of such auctions and the bonds
required therefor.
