CIVIL CASES WHERE COUNSEL OF RECORD AP-
PEARS TO NOTIFY SAID COUNSEL AS TO THE
TRIAL DATE OF SAID CASE AT LEAST THREE
DAYS PRIOR THERETO.

100.

(Prince Georges County). There shall be two Trial

Magistrates, each of whom shall receive an annual salary

of $2, 400. 00, $400 traveling expenses which shall be
in lieu of all expenses provided for in Section 105 of this
sub-title, one of said Magistrates shall sit at Upper Marl-
(PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY) THERE SHALL
BE TWO FULL-TIME TRIAL MAGISTRATES, EACH
OF WHOM SHALL RECEIVE AN ANNUAL SALARY
OF $7, 500. 00, AND WHO SHALL SIT NOT LESS THAN
FIVE DAYS A WEEK. ONE OF THE SAID MAGIS-
TRATES SHALL SIT AT UPPER MARL- boro and the
other at Hyattsville, the Magistrate at Upper Marl-
boro shall sit not less than one day or part thereof
in each week, in [Capitol Heights] Seat Pleasant District,
and the Magistrate at Hyattsville shall sit not less than
one day or part thereof in each week at Laurel, and may,
in his discretion, sit in Seat Pleasant District, as the public
business may require,
provided that either or both may in
his discretion sit at two places on the same day, as the
public business may require; and in Prince George's County
any defendant, or his agent or attorney, who shall make
suggestion in writing, upon oath, that he does not believe
such defendant can have a fair and impartial trial in any
case pending for trial before either of the Trial Magistrates,
shall have the right at any time before trial, upon making
said written suggestion and oath before the said Trial
Magistrate to whom said case was pending for trial to have
such pending case removed for trial to the other Trial
Magistrate, the said Trial Magistrate shall upon the pay-
ment of cost accrued to the date of removal, forthwith
transfer all papers and a record of his proceedings in the
case to the other Trial Magistrate, who shall take such
further action in the case as if the same had been orig-
inally transmitted to him for trial.

112A. (CORPORATE BOND—CLERKS) (a) EVERY
CLERK APPOINTED BY THE TRIAL MAGISTRATE
OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, BEFORE ENTER-
ING UPON HIS OFFICIAL DUTIES, SHALL GIVE
TO THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND FILE WITH
THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE
COUNTY, A GOOD AND SUFFICIENT BOND, WITH
CORPORATE SECURITY TO BE APPROVED BY THE
