of Parole and Probation. All staff and employes of the
Division of Parole and Probation are hereby transferred
to the Department of Parole and Probation with the same
standing under the Merit System as enjoyed by them at
the effective date of this Act; provided, however, that no
person so transferred shall suffer any reduction in com-
pensation because of such transfer.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1953.

AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 113 of the
Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), being Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Rockville", said new
sub-section to be known as Sub-section 11A of Section
113 and to follow immediately after Sub-section 11
thereof, and to add a new section to said Montgomery

County Code and to the Prince George's County Code

(1943 Edition) being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Montgomery County"
and "Prince George's County'', sub title "Washington
Suburban Sanitary District", said new sections to be
known as Sections 130 18D and 1420H, respectively,
and to follow immediately after Sections 130 18C and
1420G thereof, extending the boundaries of the Town
