County Commissioners, or a majority of them; and pro-
vided further that said County Commissioners, in their dis-
cretion, shall have the right to reject any and all bids.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of
the sale of said bonds shall be used for the purpose of con-
structing, furnishing and equipping the Prince George's
County Jail, and for the payment of any additional fees to
architects, engineers, and other special assistants required
for the completion thereof, for the acquisition by purchase
or otherwise of the land for the site of said building, for
the landscaping, planting and improving of said site, and
for the preparation of adequate parking space.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of paying the interest on said bonds, and for redeeming
the said bonds as they mature, the said Board of County
Commissioners for Prince George's County, shall, for the
year of issuance thereof, and annually thereafter, until all
of said bonds issued under the authority of this Act, shall
mature and be redeemed, levy a tax upon the assessable
property of said County sufficient to pay the annual in-
terest on said bonds outstanding, and to redeem said bonds
as they mature and become due, said taxes to be collected
as other taxes levied in said county are collected.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Council of Crisfield
to borrow on its faith and credit a sum of money not to
exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100, 000) and
to evidence such borrowing by the issuance and sale of
its general obligation serial maturity bonds, the proceeds
