tain streets, avenues, roads and lands as recorded among
the Land Records of Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That be and there is added a new section to the
Prince George's County Code (1943 Edition), being Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Berwyn Heights",
to be known as Section 19A and to follow immediately after
Section 19 thereof, and to read as follows:
19A. That the said plat as recorded among the land
records of said Prince George's County, in Liber J. W. B.
No. 10, Folio 309, be and the same is hereby adopted and
made the plan of "Berwyn Heights", that the Streets,
Avenues, Roads and two triangles; the one triangle bounded
by Cunningham Drive (Cunningham Avenue ), 60th Street
(Miller Avenue), and Ruatan Street (Keleher Avenue), and
the other triangle bounded by Cunningham Drive (Cun-
ningham Avenue), 60th Street (Miller Avenue), and Quebec
Street (Avis Avenue), as laid out in "Berwyn Heights", as
shown on said plat, be and the same are hereby dedicated
to public use under the jurisdiction of the Commissioners
of "Berwyn Heights", and the several lots and blocks in
"Berwyn Heights", as shown on said plat, shall be desig-
nated and known by the same numbers respective, as they
are designated and described on said plats.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported
by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the
two Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.
