holder of such association or joint stock company or by
reason of any change in the membership thereof or share
ownership therein; nor shall any such action abate by rea-
son of the dissolution of any such association or joint stock
company, but such action may be continued with such
change of parties, if any, as the court in which the same is
pending shall direct.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1954.

(House Bill 36)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
335 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition) title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-
title "Graveyard Desecration", as said section was
amended by Chapter 681 of the Acts of 1953, re-enacting
the provisions of the laws relating to the desecration of
graveyards in order to correct the language of amend-
ments made therein by Chapter 681 of 1953.
WHEREAS, in Chapter 681 of the Acts of 1953, Section
335 of Article 27 of the Code was amended; and
WHEREAS, in the process of changing this bill during its
passage through the General Assembly, some of the lan-
guage was left in garbled form and should be revised and
improved; now therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Slbtion 335 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Crimes and Pun-
ishments'', sub-title "Graveyard Desecration", as said sec-
tion was amended by Chapter 681 of the Acts of 1953, be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
