Washington College. In return for the allowance,



Washington College shall furnish 38 scholar-



ships covering free tuition, board, room rent



and textbooks, and 25 covering free tuition and



textbooks and 50 covering free tuition, as pro-



vided by Article 77, Sections 259-265, inclusive,



of the 1951 Annotated Code. This appropria-



tion is contingent upon the College's complying



with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts



of 1949.

West Nottingham Academy. This appropriation



is contingent upon the Academy's complying



with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts
