of State employees in accordance with increases in



salary scales recommended by Standard Salary Board,



to be payable out of revenues which are the source of



funds for the payment of budget appropriations payable



out of Special Funds; this amount being estimated and



it being the intention that the actual amount, whether



it be more or less, shall be made available in allocating



by budget amendment to the various State agencies the



amounts necessary to supplement the appropriations



for salaries in this budget............................
