The following appropriation is made from the General

Funds of the State:

GENERAL EMERGENCY FUND: To the Board of Public

Works to be used by said Board in supplementing ap-

propriations made in the budgets for the fiscal year

1952 where it is found that the regular appropriations

are insufficient for the operating expenses of the Gov-

ernment beyond those which were contemplated at the

time of the appropriation of the budgets for this fiscal

year, or for any other contingencies which might arise

during the fiscal year for which adequate provision has

not been made in this budget........................

To the General Funds of the State Treasury, to supple-

ment estimates of General Funds Revenues for pay-

ment of appropriations payable from General Funds in

the 1952 budget, this amount to be made available by

the Board of Public Works from the uncommitted part

of the construction program totaling $23, 539, 300 shown

in Supplemental Budget No. 2, Fiscal Year 1950, page
