(a) All Salary Appropriations required in the operation of the Chesapeake
Bay Ferry System will be made from income derived from operation of the
Chesapeake Bay Perry System.
(b) All Salary Appropriations required in the operation of the Susquehanna
River and Potomac River Toll Bridges, will be made from Trust Funds con-
trolled under the provisions of a Trust Agreement of October 1, 1948, given
to Baltimore National Bank, Trustee.
(c) Other Salaries in the administration of the Toll Facilities of the State
and the construction of the Chesapeake Bay Toll Bridge, incident to Revenue
Bonds and Toll Facilities, are hereby provided.
(d) All Salaries and Expenses will be paid from Special Funds derived
from operation of the existing Toll Bridges and operation of the Ferry
System, and the proceeds of the sale of Bridge Revenue Bonds (Series 1948).
(e) The disbursement of all Salaries and Expenses incident to operation
of the existing Toll Bridges and the construction of the Chesapeake Bay
Toll Bridge, are to be made in accordance with the provisions of a Trust
Agreement of October 1, 1948, given to Baltimore National Bank.
