terms of the will or other instrument creating such trust, shall
be considered as a single trust; but after any shares have been
set apart or divided, to be held in separate trust, under the
terms of any such will or other instrument each separate trust
so set apart shall be considered as a single trust.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 619
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
and Baltimore City Charter (1949 Edition), title "Balti-
more City, " sub-title "Records, " authorizing the reproduc-
tion of certain old record books by photographic or photo-
static processes and micro-filming and the destruction of cer-
tain old records.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 619 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1949 Edi-
tion) title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Records, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
619. Whenever, from age or wear, any of the record books \
in the keeping of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore
City shall be in danger of destruction or obliteration, it shall
be the duty of the Clerk of said Court [, when required so to
do by the Supreme Bench of said City, to renew any such
record book by transcribing the same into new books] to have
a photo copy or photostatic copy made of such record book,
which such reproduction shall have the same legal effect as the
original record. After such reproduction, the Clerk of said
court shall offer said original record to the State Archivist
and if refused by said Archivist, the Cleric may destroy such
original record after making and sending a microfilm copy
thereof to the State Archivist. The Clerk may pay for the cost
of such reproductions and microfilm copies out of the fees of
