The Special Funds appropriated to the Maryland State Fair Board are the
Board's share of the revenues received from race tracks. The amounts
appropriated for the fiscal year 1952 being estimates, it is intended that the
Board will receive its share of the racing revenues as designated by law.

The appropriation to the State Tobacco Authority is from Special Funds
which are the revenues received from tobacco selling agencies. It is the
intention that the monies collected shall be available for the purposes of
the "Authority", according to law.
