Commissioners a full and fair statement of how the said
sums of money so paid to each of them shall have been

CALENDAR YEAR WITH THE COUNTY COMMISSION-
ERS A FINANCIAL STATEMENT SHOWING HOW THE
SAID SUMS OF MONEY SO PAID TO EACH OF THEM
SHALL HAVE BEEN EXPENDED, SAID STATEMENTS
TO BE FILED ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF
MARCH OP THE YEAR FOLLOWING AND NO PAY-
MENTS AS HEREINBEFORE PROVIDED SHALL BE
MADE IN THE EVENT SUCH STATEMENT IS NOT
FILED, provided, however, that the said County Commis-
sioners shall make no payment to any fire company organized
after June 1, 1947, unless such company shall apply to said
County Commissioners and receive the approval of said Com-
missioners for its organization.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 311)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 538
of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
Supplement), title "Health", sub-title "Physical Therapy",
as said section was amended by Chapter 569 of the Acts of
1949, relating to the fee for the granting of a license as a
Physical Therapist.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 538 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Health", sub-title "Phy-
sical Therapy", as said section was amended by Chapter 569
of the Acts of 1949, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
