title "Charles County", said new sections to be known
as Sections 105B to 105T, inclusive, to follow immedi-
ately after Section 105A thereof, as said Section 105A
was enacted by Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1933, and to
be under the new sub-title "Electrical Apparatus and
Wiring", creating a Board of Examiners and Super-
visors for electricians in Charles County, defining the
appointment, tenure, powers and duties thereof, and
relating generally to electrical apparatus and wiring in
Charles County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That nineteen new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Charles County, " said new sec-
tions to be known as Sections 105B to 105T, inclusive, to
follow immediately after Section 105A thereof, as said
Section 105A was enacted by Chapter 421 of the Acts of
1933, to be under the new sub-title "Electrical Apparatus
and Wiring", and to read as follows:
Electrical Apparatus and Wiring
105A. The Board of County Commissioners of Charles
County shall, within thirty (SO) days after June 1, 1951,
appoint a board which shall be known as the Board of
Examiners and Supervisors, consisting of three (3) per-
sons, for the purpose of examining into the qualifications
and capabilities of all persons who are engaged or desire
to engage in the business of Master Electrician as defined
in this sub-title. The board so appointed shall consist of
two competent persons, familiar with the electrical busi-
ness, residing in Charles County, whose term of office shall
be for two years, and a member of a Charles County
Volunteer Fire Company, whose term of office shall run
for the same period of time that he shall hold office as
president of the said association. Should any vacancy occur
from any cause during the term of any board as herein
provided, the Board of County Commissioners of Charles
County shall appoint someone to fill such vacancy. The
Board of County Commissioners of Charles County shall
have full power to remove any member of the board for
incompetency or improper conduct upon satisfactory evi-
dence being presented to him of such condition.
105C. The members of said Board shall respectively
take and subscribe the oath required by other State offi-
cers. They shall have power to elect out of their number,
a President, Secretary and Treasurer, and to adopt such
