County", sub-title "Easton", said new section to follow
immediately after Section 133 and to be designated Sec-
tions 133 A-133F, inclusive, of said Article, extending the
corporate limits of the Town of Easton, providing monu-
ments to mark the new boundaries of said Town and
creating a taxing district and specifying the taxes to be
levied and collected in the territory annexed to said
Town by this Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Charter of Easton be amended by adding six
new sections to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, "
sub-title "Easton, " said new sections to follow immediately
after Section 133 and to be designated Sections 133A-
133F, inclusive, of said Article, and to read respectively
as follows:

133A. The corporate limits of the Town of Easton, Tal-
County, Maryland, shall, from and after June 1, 1951
include all the lands embraced by the following metes and
bounds:

Beginning at a marble monument marked "Easton Cor-
ner No. 1, 1951" set on the projection of the Easterly side-
line of Elwood Avenue, two thousand, five hundred thirty-
seven feet (2, 537 ft. ) South of the Northerly sideline of
Dutchman's Lane; thence, (1) with the Northerly side of
Windmill Branch North sixty-seven degrees, fifty-seven
minutes, twenty-eight seconds West, a distance of four
hundred one and fifty-nine hundredths feet (N. 67° 57'
28" W., 401. 59 ft. ) to a spike set on the center-line of the
track and trestle of the Oxford Branch, Delaware Divi-
sion, Pennsylvania Railroad; thence (2) North eighty-
seven degrees, seven minutes, fifteen seconds West, a dis-
tance of six hundred forty-five and no hundredths feet
(N. 87° 07'
15" W., 645. 00 ft. ) to a new Town Boundary
Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 2, 1951, " located on
the South bank of Windmill Branch, two hundred eighty-
six feet (286 ft. ) West of the center-line of the State Road;
thence, (3) North eleven degrees, forty-six minutes,
twenty-nine seconds East, a distance of five hundred,
eleven and forty-four hundredths feet (N. 11° 46' 29" E.,
511. 44 ft. ) to a new Town Boundary Corner marked
"Easton Corner No. 2-A, 1951"; thence, (4) North five
degrees, eleven minutes, eighteen seconds West, a distance
of two thousand, three and fifteen hundredths feet (N.
5° 11' 18" W., 2003. 15 ft. ) to a new Town Boundary Cor-
ner marked "Easton Corner No. 3, 1951, " located on the
