the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Elections", sub-title "Elections", be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that a
new section, to be known as Section 128A, to follow imme-
diately after Section 128 of said Article, be and it is
hereby added to said Article, all to read as follows:

122. This State shall be divided into [six] seven dis-
tricts for the choosing of [six] seven representatives in
the Congress of the United States, which will be num-
bered respectively from one to [six] seven.

124. The Second Congressional District shall be com-
posed of [the Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-
seventh, Twenty-eighth Wards, and the First, Second,
Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Precincts
of the Twenty-fifth Ward of Baltimore City, as presently
laid out, of] Harford County, Carroll County and Balti-
more County, and shall be entitled to choose one Repre-
sentative in the House of Representatives.

125. The Third Congressional District shall be com-
posed of the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth,
Seventh, Eighth, [and] Twenty-second, Twenty-third and
Twenty-fourth
Wards of Baltimore City, and the Third,
Fourth, Fifth,
Sixth, Seventh, [and] Eighth and Ninth
Precincts of the Eighteenth Ward of Baltimore City, the
First to the Twenty-fifth Precincts, inclusive, of the Twen-
ty-sixth Ward and the First Precinct of the Twenty-
seventh Ward,
as said wards are numbered by the Act of
1901, Chapter 8, and as said wards and precincts are pres-
ently laid out, and shall be entitled to choose one Repre-
sentative in the House of Representatives.

126. The Fourth Congressional District shall be com-
posed of the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth, Thirteenth,
Fourteenth, Seventeenth, Nineteenth and Twentieth Wards
of Baltimore City, and the First and Second Precincts of
the Eighteenth Ward of Baltimore City, the Twentieth to
the Twenty-sixth A Precincts, inclusive, and the Thirty-
third to the Thirty-seventh Precincts, inclusive, of the
Twenty-seventh Ward,
as said wards were numbered by
the Acts of 1901, Chapter 8, and as said wards and pre-
cincts are presently laid out, and shall be entitled to choose
one Representative in the House of Representatives.

127. The Fifth Congressional District shall be com-
posed of [the Twenty-first, Twenty-third and Twenty-
fourth Wards of Baltimore City, and the Third, Fourth,
