ister records shall not be destroyed for a period of three
years following the date of registration.

312. (Revocation of License. ) The Board of Health
may revoke any license to maintain and operate a park
when the licensee has been found guilty by a court of com-
petent jurisdiction of violating any provision of this Act.
After such conviction, the license may be reissued if the
circumstances leading to conviction have been remedied
and the park is being maintained and operated in full com-
pliance with law.

313. (Posting of License. ) The license certificate shall
be conspicuously posted in the office of or on the premises
of the trailer coach park at all times.

314. (Separability of Provisions. ) Should any sec-
tion or provision of this Act be declared invalid, such deci-
sion shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
of this Act.

315. (Penalty. ) The violation of any of the provi-
sions of this Act shall be considered a misdemeanor, and
upon conviction thereof before trial magistrate of said
county, or other competent Court, the offender shall be
subject to a fine of not less than $50. 00 nor more than
$500. 00 for each offense, and in default of payment of such
fine shall be imprisoned for not exceeding 90 days.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety, and having been passed by a yea and nay vote,
supported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.
