thereof or share ownership therein; nor shall any such action
abate by reason of the dissolution of any such association or
joint stock company, but such action may be continued with
such change of parties, if any, as the court in which the same
is pending shall direct.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 150, 152 to
154, inclusive, 157, 160 to 169, inclusive, 171 to 179, inclusive,
181 to 212, inclusive, 214 to 238, inclusive, 241 to 253, inclusive,
255 to 271, inclusive, 275 to 294, inclusive, 296 to 304, inclusive,
311 to 314, inclusive, 326 to 343, inclusive, and 430 to 492,
inclusive, of said Article 23 (1939 Edition and 1947 Supple-
ment), title "Corporations", be and they are hereby renum-
bered to follow immediately after Section 206 of said Article
23, as hereinbefore enacted by this Act and shall be codified
and known, respectively, as Sections 300 to 528, inclusive,
under subheading "III. Additional Provisions for Particular
Classes of Corporations". The renumbering and recodification
of said sections, as provided by this Act, shall not change,
impair or affect the existence, tenor, validity and application
of said sections or any of them.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That Sections 344 to 429,
inclusive, of said Article 23 (1939 Edition and 1947 Supple-
ment), title "Corporations", subtitle "Public Service Commis-
sion", be and the same are hereby transferred from said Article
23 to a new Article, to be known as Article 78, entitled "Public
Service Commission", and that said sections be codified and
known as Sections 1 to 88, inclusive, of said Article 78. The
transfer and recodification of said sections, as provided by
this Act, shall not change, impair or affect the existence, tenor,
validity and application of said sections, or any of them.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement) title "Chan-
cery", sub-title "Pleadings, Practice and Process".
