unless the originals or certified copies of all prior charter
papers (including any special acts) not previously recorded
or filed among the records of the Commission are delivered
to the Commission for record, with such affidavit or certifi-
cate of completeness as the Commission may require. The
Commission shall record all such originals and certified
copies without charge and then return them to the corpora-
tion or its attorney or agent.

126. (Recording, Filing and Other Fees. ) (a) The Com-
mission shall charge and collect, in addition to the bonus tax,
if any, the following fees:

(1) For each of the following papers required to be re-
corded, a recording fee consisting of a minimum charge of
$10 plus $2 for each page in excess of five, except as specified
herein, and the filing or special fees, if any, enumerated
herein:
