To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section 203
of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at a special election held in the Town
of Forest Heights, Prince George's County, Maryland, Wednes-
day, May 9, 1951 an Act known as Chapter 586 of the Acts of
1951, was submitted to the voters of the said Town of Forest
Heights, for their adoption or rejection under the provisions of
Article 16 of the Constitution of the State, said Act being:

An Act raising the borrowing power of the Town of
Forest Heights in Prince George's County, from 8%
to 10%, extending the period of repayment and provid-
ing for a referendum.

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 187 votes were cast in
favor of the adoption of Chapter 586 of the Acts of 1951, and
60 votes were cast against the adoption of the said Act, and a
majority being cast in favor of the said referred law, it has
therefore been ratified by the voters of the Town of Forest
Heights.
