PLACE FOR HOLDING RACES OF ANY OTHER PERSON,
CORPORATION OR ASSOCIATION LICENSED UNDER
THIS ARTICLE TO CONDUCT RACING IN THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, UPON THE PAYMENT OF ANY AND
ALL APPROPRIATE LICENSE FEES FOR THE CON-
DUCT OF RACING AT THE PARTICULAR TRACK, OR
PLACE FOR HOLDING RACES, ON WHICH THE RAC-
ING IS TO BE CONDUCTED; PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
THAT NO SUCH AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER SHALL BE
GRANTED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS CONSENT OF THE
PERSON, CORPORATION OR ASSOCIATION OWNING
OR LEASING THE TRACK TO WHICH SUCH TRANSFER
IS MADE.

18. (A) All sums collected by the Racing Commission,
under the provisions of this Article, shall be paid over to the
Comptroller, and shall be disbursed and distributed, except
where otherwise provided, as follows:

(1) There are to be allocated and credited to the general
funds of the State: (a) One-half of all revenues collected from
licensees licensed under Section 7 of this Article; (b) One-
half of all revenues collected from licensees licensed under
Section 15 of this Article; (c) One half of all revenues not
in excess of $676, 500
collected from licensees licensed under
Section 17 of this Article (said $676, 500) being the amount
of the revenues collected from licensees licensed under Sec-

tion 17 of this Article during the calendar year 1950) and
one-half of all revenues in excess of $676, 500 collected from

licensees licensed under Section 17 of this Article not re-

quired to be paid to the SECTION 15 OF THIS ARTICLE;
(C) ONE-HALF OF ALL REVENUES COLLECTED FROM
THE LICENSEES LICENSED UNDER SECTION 17 OF
THIS ARTICLE NOT REQUIRED TO BE PAID TO THE

Maryland State Fair Board as provided in paragraph 3 of this
sub-section;

(2) There shall be divided among and allocated and paid
to the several counties of the State and to Baltimore City on
the basis of population, according to the latest available Federal
census: (a) One-half of all revenues collected from licensees
licensed under Section 7 of this Article; (b) One-quarter of all
revenues collected from licensees licensed under Section 15
of this Article; (c) One half of all revenues not in excess of
$676, 500
collected from licensees licensed under Section 17

of this Article and one-half of all revenues in excess of

$676, 500 OF THIS ARTICLE; (C) ONE-HALF OF ALL
REVENUES collected from licensees licensed under Section 17
of this Article not required to be paid to the Maryland State
