in the discretion of the Court or Justice of the Peace before
whom said person shall be tried, and in addition to said fine,
shall be fined Five Dollars ($5. 00) for each and every wild
bird, wild animal, or fish illegally killed or found in possession.
A copy of any regulations adopted by the Commission shall be
mailed to the Clerk of the Circuit Court who shall make a rec-
ord thereof and cause the same to be posted in front of the
Court House of the County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 13,
and Sub-divisions (a), (b), and (c) thereof, of Article 89B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
as re-enacted by Chapter 579 of the Acts of 1949, title "State
Roads", sub-title "Distribution and Use of Special Funds",
relating to the method of distributing certain special funds
to counties and municipalities.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 13, and Sub-divisions (a), (b) and (c)
thereof, of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement), as re-enacted by Chapter 579 of the Acts
of 1949, title "State Roads", sub-title "Distribution and Use
of Special Funds", relating to the method of distributing cer-
tain special funds to counties and municipalities, be, and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, so as to
read as follows:

13. Twenty per cent of the monies paid into the Gasoline
Tax Fund during any fiscal year, together with funds added
thereto pursuant to Section 16 (3) of this Article, shall be used
for the benefit of the counties and muncipalities of the State
(other than Baltimore City) as follows:
