(Senate Bill 344)

AN ACT to repeal sub-section (f) of Section 228 of Article
81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supple-
ment), title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Income
Tax, " said section relating to the adjustment of the al-
lowable personal exemption where credit is claimed for
income taxes paid to other States.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That sub-section (f) of Section 228 of Article 81 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Income Tax, " be and the
same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 676
(Senate Bill 345)

AN ACT to add six new sections to Article 81 of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1947 Sup-
plement), title "Revenue and Taxes, " to be under a new
sub-title "Motor Carriers' Reciprocal Tax, " said new
section to be known as Section 348-353, inclusive, and to
follow immediately after Section 347 of said Article, re-
lating to the taxation of certain foreign motor carriers.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That six new sections be and they are hereby added to
