(Senate Bill 294)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (11) of Section 7 of Article 81 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Reve-
nue and Taxes, " sub-title "Ordinary Taxes. What Shall
Be Taxed and Where, " increasing the exemption for
farming implements.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (11) of Section 7 of Article 81 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Ordinary Taxes. What
Shall Be Taxed and Where, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(11). [Five Hundred] Three Thousand FIFTEEN
HUNDRED Dollars in value of the farming implements
of any farmer.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

(Senate Bill 306)

AN ACT to repeal Section 107 of Article 2B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Alco-
holic Beverages, " sub-title "Restrictions Upon Li-
censees, " said section relating to "on sale" licenses for
the sale of alcoholic beverages by hotels and restaurants
in Cecil County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
