Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore County, " said
sections being under "Title 18—Orphans' Court and Register
of Wills" and under the subheading "Orphans' Court"; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sections (f) and
(j) of Section 238 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Orphans' Court, " said Section 238 having been
amended by Chapters 353 and 423 of the Acts of 1949, raising
the per diem compensation of the Judges of the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore County, providing that they shall meet
for the public business of their offices on five days each week
and increasing the per diem payment of the bailiff to the
said Orphans' Court to $7. 00.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Sections 232 and 233 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition, being Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore
County, " said sections being under "Title 18—Orphans' Court
and Register of Wills, " and under the sub-heading "Orphans'
Court, " and Sub-sections (f) and (j) of Section 238 of Article
93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement),
title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " said
Section 238 having been amended by Chapters 353 and 423
of the Acts of 1949, be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

232. The Orphans' Court of Baltimore County shall meet
on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday [, ] and Friday
AND SATURDAY [and Saturday] of each week at ten o'clock
A. M. and continue their session for such length of time on
each of such days as in their judgment the public interests
require.

233. The judges of said court may appoint a bailiff, who
shall attend each sitting of the court and perform such duties
as the court and Register of Wills may direct, and shall be
paid quarterly by the County Commissioners, upon the cer-
tificate of the Register of Wills [Four] Seven Dollars per day
for each day he shall be in attendance upon said court.

238. (f) Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Courts for Anne
Arundel, [Baltimore, ] Cecil, Calvert and Harford Counties
shall receive the sum of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) for every day's
attendance upon the sessions of said Court.

(j) Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for Allegany
[County] and Baltimore Counties shall receive the sum of
Fifteen Dollars ($15. 00) TWELVE DOLLARS for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court.
