SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

(Senate Bill 249)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 6 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Public Education, " sub-title
"Chapter 2. Formation of Boards, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 526 of the Acts of 1949; to add a
new section to said Article and sub-title, said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 7C and to follow imme-
diately after Section 7B thereof, as said Section 7B was
enacted by Chapter 526 of the Acts of 1949; and to re-
peal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 39 of said
Article 77 (1947 Supplement), sub-title "Chapter 4.
County Board of Education, " relating to the appoint-
ment, tenure, traveling and other expenses of the Board
of Education of Allegany County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 6 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Public Education, " sub-
title "Chapter 2. Formation of Boards, " as said section
was amended by Chapter 526 of the Acts of 1949, be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments;
