103. (B) PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IN FRED-
ERICK, CARROLL, CECIL, HARFORD, SOMERSET,
TALBOT, WICOMICO AND WORCESTER COUNTIES,
NO LICENSEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ARTICLE, OR ANY OF HIS EMPLOYEES, SHALL
SELL OR FURNISH ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
AT ANY TIME TO A MINOR UNDER 21 YEARS OF
AGE, EITHER FOR HIS OWN USE OR FOR THE USE
OF ANY OTHER PERSON, OR TO ANY PERSON
WHO, AT THE TIME OF SUCH SALE, OR DELIVERY,
IS VISIBLY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY AL-
COHOLIC BEVERAGE. IT IS HEREBY EXPRESSED
TO BE THE LEGISLATIVE INTENT THAT THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SUB-SECTION (A) OF SECTION 103
SHALL NOT APPLY TO FREDERICK, CARROLL,
CECIL, HARFORD, SOMERSET, TALBOT, WICOMICO
AND WORCESTER COUNTIES AND THE LAW IN
THESE ABOVE-MENTIONED COUNTIES SHALL RE-
MAIN IN THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS IF
NOT AMENDED BY THIS ACT.

105. (G-1) ALLEGANY COUNTY. IN ALLEGANY
COUNTY IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PER-
SON TO DISPLAY OR TO DRINK IN ANY BAR, RES-
TAURANT, TAVERN OR ANY OTHER LICENSED
PLACE ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OTHER
THAN THOSE WHICH MAY LAWFULLY BE SOLD
BY THE LICENSEE THEREIN. ANY PERSON WHO
DRINKS OR DISPLAYS ANY SUCH BEVERAGE IN
VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF SHALL
BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND
UPON CONVICTION THEREOF SHALL BE FINED
NOT LESS THAN $5. 00 NOR MORE THAN $25. 00. FOR
THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, THE WORD
"PREMISES" SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO INCLUDE
ANY BUILDING, PARKING LOT, TERRACE OR
GROUNDS WHICH FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF
THE SAID LICENSED PREMISES. ANY PREMISES
LICENSED FOR THE SALE OF BEER ONLY OR FOR
THE SALE OF BEER AND WINE ONLY SHALL HAVE
POSTED AT LEAST FOUR CONSPICUOUS NOTICES
ON THE SAID PREMISES WITH THE FOLLOWING
WORDS: "UNLAWFUL TO DRINK OR EXPOSE
LIQUOR UPON THESE PREMISES".

122—RETAILERS. (A) ALLEGANY COUNTY. IN
ALLEGANY COUNTY NO LICENSE SHALL BE IS-
